Description
Center Parcs is hiring a Maintenance Manager - Accommodation to lead the accommodation maintenance team at Elveden Forest. The role manages planned and reactive maintenance, preventative strategies, statutory testing, budgets, compliance, and team performance across lodge facilities. It is a full-time contract of 150 hours per four-week period, with shifts from 7:00am to 10:00pm and coverage of early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. The position requires an NVQ Level 3 in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing or equivalent, project-management and people-management skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication. Compensation is circa £52,500 per annum plus a 12% bonus scheme, with ongoing interviews and a closing date of 7 October 2026.
