Description
The Team Leader will lead technicians and work planners, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, lead inspections, monitor installations, minimize unplanned downtime, and support optimization projects in high-tech installations. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of similar leadership experience, fluency in Dutch and French, strong organizational and project-management skills, and broad technical knowledge of fully automated warehouses.
