Amazon is hiring a Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Area Manager to lead and develop a team of experienced technicians at one of its European facilities. The role focuses on equipment reliability, safety compliance, preventive maintenance planning, process improvement, project leadership, and team performance and professional growth. Candidates need a high school diploma, extensive industrial maintenance and engineering-team management experience, strong English and Italian skills, and preferably a technical degree, regulatory and safety experience, automated-equipment knowledge, data analytics or PLC experience, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and CMMS experience. The position is based in Jesi, Italy, with a minimum gross base salary of 47,100.00 EUR annually.
