Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment, facility systems, grounds, and maintenance personnel in an aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. The role leads preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs; oversees maintenance staff, contractors, vendors, projects, environmental compliance, safety programs, budgets, purchasing, and spare parts; and drives reliability, downtime reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
