Barrière is hiring a seasonal Chief Engineer for Fouquet’s Mykonos, a luxury hotel in Greece. The role oversees building, infrastructure, and exterior maintenance; manages HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and pool repairs; enforces Greek health, safety, and fire regulations; leads emergency and preventive maintenance planning; supervises maintenance teams; and handles budgets, utilities, contracts, and purchasing. The position starts ASAP until mid-October and pays €1,600–€1,900 per month.
