BGIS Technical Trade Services is hiring a full-time, permanent Maintenance Manager in Perth, Western Australia, to oversee facilities maintenance across a major healthcare portfolio. The role manages planned and reactive maintenance, KPI compliance, contractors and subcontractors, client relationships, financial and budgeting activities, safety and regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, reporting, and after-hours response. Candidates need a trade qualification, at least three years of facilities management or maintenance management experience, experience managing service delivery and contractors, knowledge of HSEQ and quality systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a current or obtainable National Police Clearance, and full working rights in Australia.
