The role manages resources, equipment, tools, budgets, and production goals for a manufacturing business unit. Responsibilities include developing sustainability and improvement plans, tracking internal and external KPIs, introducing new technology, managing the BRPMS strategy, overseeing budgets and resources, supporting team performance, and improving machine availability and performance. The position requires a bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or related engineering and at least three years of experience in a related position.
