Description
Chromalloy is hiring an on-site Maintenance Manager in Phoenix, Arizona, to lead facility and equipment maintenance operations, maximize production uptime, and support future growth. The role manages the maintenance team, preventive maintenance programs, equipment repairs and installations, spare-parts inventory, facility expansion, and compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of maintenance, facilities, or related technical experience including supervisory experience, and experience maintaining production equipment and facility systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
