The Dakota County Community Development Agency is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 16 maintenance technicians responsible for maintaining 2,900 units of affordable rental housing across Dakota County, Minnesota. The role supervises staff, manages work orders, quality control, preventative maintenance, contracting, inventory, purchasing, fleet operations, compliance, reporting, and special projects, while serving as a senior management resource. The position pays $103,284–$129,105 annually and includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, paid holidays, and paid time off. Applicants need at least five years of related education and/or experience, supervisory experience, and knowledge of maintenance systems, contracting, purchasing, federal regulations, building codes, and Microsoft and Yardi software.
