Ecolab is hiring a Maintenance Manager in Naperville, Illinois, to lead the planning, organization, supervision, and execution of facility maintenance, construction, repair, and operational activities. The role manages a team of maintenance professionals, oversees complex building systems and equipment, leads preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, coordinates contractors and vendors, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports continuous improvement and capital projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of facilities maintenance and operations experience, and 4 years leading maintenance teams. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with less than 10% travel, and the base salary is $83,600 to $125,300 annually.
