The Maintenance Manager will lead the Milton site maintenance department, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of plant equipment. Responsibilities include fostering a strong safety culture, directing preventive and corrective maintenance, overseeing mechanical integrity programs, coordinating maintenance planning, managing budgets, leading equipment replacement projects, conducting root cause analysis, developing and coaching maintenance personnel, and partnering with various internal teams.
