Description
FORVIA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant equipment and tooling maintenance in an automotive manufacturing environment. The role focuses on reducing breakdowns, improving DLE, MTTR, and MTBF, scheduling maintenance work, implementing TPM and maintenance methodologies, managing spare parts and budgets, overseeing utilities and AMCs, and leading maintenance manpower. Candidates should have a Diploma or BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, 14–18 years of relevant experience, strong PLC, automation, robotics, mechatronics, analytical, documentation, and team-management skills, plus experience with manufacturing equipment such as welding, canning, press, forming, and SPM machines.
