The Maintenance Manager coordinates installation, maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and minor construction for machinery, equipment, building systems, and property. The role manages maintenance personnel and contractors, oversees safety, compliance, reporting, budgets, capital planning, and project documentation, and requires a community college education in a related field, five years of relevant mechanical or electrical experience, a valid driver’s license, supervisory and troubleshooting skills, and strong project-management and communication abilities.
