Description
The Maintenance Manager coordinates installation, maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and building or property upkeep for Flex-N-Gate’s automotive components facility. The role manages maintenance personnel and contractors, oversees electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, and other equipment, maintains safety, quality, environmental, and preventive maintenance systems, prepares budgets and capital plans, and supports short-term planning and project activities. The position requires a community college education in a related field, five years of mechanical or electrical trades experience or five years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently, troubleshoot, manage projects, and work both indoors and outdoors.
