GFL is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee branch maintenance programs across Germantown, Waunakee, Janesville, and Mauston. The role supervises and coordinates shop employees, performs hands-on vehicle and equipment repairs, establishes preventative maintenance programs, maintains safety and compliance records, manages inventory and fuel, and recruits, trains, evaluates, and disciplines shop personnel. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, DOT air-brake and annual vehicle inspection certifications, a Class B CDL within six months of hire, hand tools, and knowledge of welding, compactor repair, air brakes, and vehicle inspections. The position offers a starting salary of up to $110,000 plus a 20% STIP bonus, health benefits after 60 days, a company truck, and other benefits.
