Description
Glen-Gery is hiring a Maintenance Manager for its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania plant. The role oversees plant and equipment maintenance, safety, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, spare parts inventory, mobile equipment, maintenance subcontractors, repairs, capital projects, budgets, and environmental compliance. The manager will supervise maintenance employees, coordinate with plant and office staff, and support continuous improvement and equipment optimization. A bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering and 3–5 years of practical and supervisory maintenance or plant engineering experience in heavy industry are required; PLC and robotics knowledge is preferred.
