Description
Norbec is hiring a Maintenance Manager for its Saint-Hyacinthe plant to oversee equipment reliability, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, and the maintenance team in a continuous-operations manufacturing environment. The role includes planning maintenance work, improving equipment reliability and work methods, coordinating internal and external projects, ensuring health, safety, environmental, budget, schedule, and quality compliance, and participating in CAPEX and new installations. The position requires a DEP or DEC in electromechanics, electrical engineering technology, or a related field, at least 10 years of industrial maintenance experience, manufacturing personnel-management experience, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, CMMS experience, and strong leadership and priority-management skills.
