Hood Container Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability activities at its Linerboard Paper Mill in St. Francisville, Louisiana. The role oversees preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance; production equipment, facility systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mobile equipment, and grounds; reliability and continuous improvement; root cause analysis; budgets, contractors, parts inventory, and service providers; CMMS planning and scheduling; and maintenance personnel development. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least five years of manufacturing maintenance experience, at least three years of maintenance leadership experience, and knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and facility maintenance. Paper-mill experience, reliability-centered maintenance, predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and CMRP certification are preferred.
