Description
Texas Hydraulics is hiring a Senior Maintenance Manager in Temple, Texas, to lead the maintenance organization supporting manufacturing operations. The role will transition maintenance from a reactive to a proactive, reliability-centered model; develop and manage maintenance teams, KPIs, budgets, contractors, and capital projects; improve equipment reliability and facility performance; and lead continuous improvement, safety, and cross-functional partnerships. The position requires at least 10 years of progressive maintenance experience in heavy industrial or discrete manufacturing, including 5 years leading maintenance teams, and requires regular presence on the production floor.
