IFCO is hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee operational excellence of wash processes and plant and wash equipment at a local facility. The role manages preventative maintenance, maintenance scheduling, machine downtime, troubleshooting, PDM systems, CAPEX projects, equipment analysis, and the development of maintenance personnel. Candidates need at least 10 years of maintenance experience in high-volume production, agricultural production, or distribution facilities, along with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation, project-management, and safety-program experience.
