Description
The Maintenance Manager will define and steer machine strategy, industrial maintenance, and manufacturing technical projects for the site, ensuring equipment availability, plant performance, OHSE compliance, and optimized industrial asset costs and reliability. The role covers equipment strategy and investments, preventive maintenance, spare parts management, facilities management, contracting and compliance, CAPEX/OPEX tracking, Lean continuous improvement, and team leadership in an industrial environment.
