Description
The Maintenance Manager will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at Alura Luxury Apartments, including responding to work orders, conducting inspections, performing hands-on repairs, developing preventative maintenance programs, supervising one Maintenance Technician, coordinating external vendors, managing supplies and expenses, and maintaining safety and resident-experience standards. The role requires at least three years of apartment or property maintenance experience, hands-on experience with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other general maintenance systems, previous supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
