Description
The Maintenance Manager leads maintenance operations across stamping and weld assembly production areas, develops and mentors maintenance supervisors, coordinators, and technicians, and drives equipment uptime, reliability, preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and downtime reduction. The role also manages maintenance budgets, staffing, training, spare parts inventory, capital projects, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Quality, while ensuring safety, environmental, and quality compliance. Candidates need at least 10 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience and 5 years of maintenance leadership experience, with strong electrical, mechanical, and automation troubleshooting skills.
