JMC is hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee the physical condition of a residential community, lead maintenance, janitorial, and grounds staff, coordinate preventive maintenance and work orders, manage supplies and vendors, track units for move-in readiness, and handle after-hours emergencies. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of trade or general building maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems, and strong organization, communication, and leadership skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with an on-call rotation, and the position pays $37.20 to $44.25 USD with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
