Description
The Maintenance Manager supervises and coordinates the hotel maintenance and engineering team, overseeing corrective and preventive maintenance, building and fire-life-safety systems, equipment inspections, energy conservation, supplier relationships, training, purchasing, and guestroom and corridor maintenance. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Engineering, requires a Lebanese nationality, a certified technical diploma in mechanical HVAC or electrical systems, and 3–5 years of building or plant maintenance experience, and includes on-call availability after normal working hours.
