Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance and groundskeeping departments, supervises and assigns work to staff and vendors, manages work orders, inventory, schedules, budgets, costs, safety, and emergency maintenance, and serves as a liaison between the maintenance team, property management, and the client. The role is full-time, requires at least two years of building trades, repair, replacement maintenance, or handy work experience plus supervisory experience, and involves outdoor work, physical activity, travel, and emergency availability.
