L&M Corrugated is hiring a full-time Maintenance Manager Intern for a leadership position that combines hands-on equipment troubleshooting and repair with responsibility for maintenance operations, reliability, safety, technician development, budgets, vendors, and CMMS records. The role requires at least five years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and experience with preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and work-order management. Corrugated manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
