Land O'Lakes is hiring a Maintenance Manager for its animal feed manufacturing facility to lead six Maintenance Technicians and manage maintenance processes, asset reliability, capital improvement projects, safety, regulatory compliance, documentation, and the maintenance department budget. The role requires a high school or GED, at least three years of supervisory experience in industrial manufacturing, and experience directing industrial maintenance technicians; PLC and electrical knowledge are preferred. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a salary of $81,200 to $121,800, with medical, dental, vision, PTO, life and disability insurance, education assistance, and a 401(k) for most full-time employees.
