The role manages maintenance programs for mobile equipment, plants, and facilities; leads and trains maintenance personnel; develops procedures and systems; oversees budgets, KPIs, capital expenditures, safety, environmental compliance, and repair or installation projects; and coordinates with steel mill personnel, vendors, and management.
