Description
Lignetics, Inc. is hiring a full-time Maintenance Manager for its White Pigeon Plant. The role leads the plant’s maintenance program, manages a team of craftsmen and a planner, oversees CMMS operations, supports maintenance planning and parts management, develops capital requests, troubleshoots pellet mills and related equipment, and supports safety, TPM, performance management, and reporting. The position operates in the plant and requires mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience, CMMS knowledge, and strong safety and communication skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday at 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a salary of $90,000–$100,000 per year and medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
