Description
Maple Leaf Foods is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance department and develop its long-term strategy, budget, staffing, scheduling, asset reliability, condition monitoring, predictive technologies, SAP equipment data infrastructure, and continuous improvement programs. The role reports to the Reliability Leader, manages maintenance KPIs and performance reviews, coordinates with Production, Sanitation, Capital Projects, and suppliers, and requires at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, a technical diploma, and familiarity with CMMS systems and standard operating procedures.
