Description
The Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance operations for a lime and minerals plant, overseeing a skilled maintenance team and ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant equipment performance. Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, downtime reduction, coordination with plant operations, budget and capital improvement management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and MSHA and company safety compliance. The role requires prior maintenance leadership experience in a rotary kiln processing operation and at least five years of maintenance leadership experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
