Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining the technical availability of machines and systems, developing plant-specific maintenance strategies, planning and managing maintenance costs, coordinating suppliers, preparing risk assessments, organizing preventive maintenance, responding to failures, protecting warranty claims, and integrating new systems. The role requires technical training in mechatronics, mechanical or electrical engineering, knowledge of quality and process standards, strong communication and English skills, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office. It is a full-time permanent position with a 38-hour workweek, flexible flexitime, remote-work options, and benefits including vacation, training, and relocation support.
