Description
Nesco Resource is hiring a full-time, on-site Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability across its Farmingdale and Amityville manufacturing facilities. The role manages technicians and mechanics, oversees CMMS implementation and preventive maintenance, leads complex equipment troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, sources parts and contractors, supports capital projects, and maintains safety, food-safety, regulatory, and cost controls. Candidates need at least eight years of progressive industrial maintenance experience, including four years supervising maintenance employees, with food manufacturing experience preferred. The position pays from $100,000 per year and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
