Description
The Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance operations at an advanced manufacturing company's Chandler facility, overseeing equipment reliability, preventive and corrective maintenance, facility infrastructure, capital projects, CMMS and ERP systems, budgets, safety compliance, and a team of maintenance technicians. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least five years of manufacturing maintenance leadership experience, PLC and controls expertise, and hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
