Niagara Bottling, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Manager to plan, direct, and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance for its buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment. The role oversees injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment; maintenance teams and contractors; safety activities; employee hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews; production efficiency; equipment performance; and maintenance records. The position requires at least six years of field or similar manufacturing experience, four years managing people or projects, a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or vocational studies, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
