Description
Optima Living is hiring a Maintenance Manager for the Guru Nanak Diversity Village facility. Reporting to the General Manager, the role oversees building systems, equipment, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, emergency response, contractor oversight, budgeting, quality assurance, and the maintenance team. The position requires at least three years of maintenance and building-systems experience, one year of leadership experience, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, geothermal, and building-safety systems, blueprint-reading ability, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
