Description
The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor oversees plant maintenance activities, equipment troubleshooting, repairs, facility upkeep, safety compliance, and maintenance strategies. The role supervises technicians, shutdown crews, temporary labor, contractors, and other employees; trains and mentors team members; coordinates with production and outside vendors; and maintains an organized shop floor. It requires manufacturing maintenance experience, safety and quality knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
