Pilgrim’s is hiring a Maintenance Manager in Nacogdoches, Texas to lead maintenance operations for industrial plant facilities, equipment, machinery, utility systems, buildings, and grounds. The role manages supervisors and technical support staff, develops preventive maintenance programs, schedules and prioritizes repairs, supports continuous production operations, improves methods and costs, oversees training, coordinates equipment fabrication or modification, inspects equipment, and manages the department budget. The position typically requires an engineering degree, technical associate degree, or related vocational/technical certification, or five years of directly related experience in lieu of education.
