Description
Precinmac is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability operations across its Texas-based precision manufacturing facilities. The role oversees 130+ CNC machines and related production equipment, develops preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manages breakdown response and KPIs, leads maintenance technicians, supports AS9100 compliance and equipment calibration, controls budgets and spare parts, and ensures OSHA and environmental compliance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or an associate's degree with extensive equivalent experience, at least seven years of progressive maintenance experience, and direct CNC machine maintenance expertise.
