Description
Protech Powder Coatings is hiring a Maintenance Manager in York, Pennsylvania to oversee installation, repairs, and improvements of production lines, plant equipment, and the building. The role directs preventive and emergency maintenance, leads and mentors maintenance staff, ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical systems, manages budgets and spare parts, oversees contractors, and coordinates repairs with production supervisors. The position requires a relevant technical or engineering/facility-management degree, at least five years of maintenance or engineering experience including two to three years in leadership, and familiarity with mixers, extruders, and cryogenic grinding. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with an hourly wage of $30–$35.
