Description
The Maintenance Manager will oversee installation, repairs, improvements, and daily maintenance of production lines, plant equipment, and the building at Protech Powder Coatings in York, Pennsylvania. The role leads maintenance staff, ensures OSHA and other safety and environmental compliance, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues, manages budgets and spare-parts inventory, oversees contractors and vendors, and coordinates repair schedules with production supervisors. It is a full-time, experienced position working Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., paying $30–$35 per hour.
