Description
The Maintenance Manager will lead the technical department, optimize preventive maintenance and breakdown interventions, manage the department budget and technical goods, coach a team of six technicians and other staff, and lead infrastructure and facilities change projects. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, familiarity with SAP and TPM, and experience guiding change projects.
