Description
The Service Manager will plan, organize, and direct general maintenance and repairs for the Commons at St Lloyds community, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, appliance, painting, carpentry, window, grounds, and pool maintenance. The role supervises all service personnel, coordinates contractors, manages supplies and invoices, trains staff, and responds to after-hours emergency calls. It requires mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, HVAC and EPA Freon Recovery certification, and current Fair Housing certification; benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) match.
