Description
The Service Manager will plan, organize, and direct general maintenance and repairs for the Rivermere community, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, appliance, painting, carpentry, window, and grounds work. The role supervises all service personnel, coordinates contractors, manages supplies and invoices, trains staff, and responds to after-hours emergency calls. Candidates need mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, EPA Freon Recovery and HVAC certificates, and current Fair Housing certification; prior multi-unit property service-manager experience is preferred.
