Select Genetics is hiring a Maintenance Manager for its hatchery in Goldsboro, North Carolina. The role leads and supervises maintenance employees, oversees preventive and corrective maintenance of hatchery equipment and facility systems, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues, coordinates repairs and vendor work, supports equipment installation and commissioning, manages parts and maintenance expenses, and maintains a safe and compliant work environment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience, and at least five years of employee leadership experience; technical training, hatchery experience, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification are preferred or advantageous.
