Player 15 Group is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead facility management operations at the Mortgage Matchup Center. The role oversees engineers and technical staff, manages HVAC, chillers, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, coordinates preventive maintenance and mechanical upgrades, uses a CMMS, supports event readiness, and manages contractors and vendors. Candidates need facilities or engineering management experience, technical knowledge of building systems, CMMS and preventive maintenance skills, leadership and project management abilities, and a high school diploma or GED plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering or facilities field.
