Description
The Manager, Maintenance is responsible for organizing and executing general operating maintenance and repair for a Spectrum Retirement Community and its physical plant. The role manages preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC, elevators, fire and life-safety systems, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, backflow preventers, emergency systems, and asset preservation; troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, and painting issues; uses Yardi to manage work orders; maintains community vehicles; and responds to emergency repairs. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of property maintenance experience, and advanced knowledge of building systems, with HVAC certification and senior living experience preferred.
