Description
The Maintenance Manager leads maintenance systems for Metro Bus vehicles, equipment, facilities, and grounds; oversees maintenance supervisors and facilities specialists; manages work orders, budgets, warranties, safety, training, and staff performance; and coordinates with vendors, manufacturers, operations, and safety departments. The role requires a four-year degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, five years of management and supervisory experience or equivalent education and experience, a Class B Minnesota driver license with passenger and air-brake endorsements, DOT medical certification, and knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and fleet software.
