Tailwind Group is hiring a full-time Maintenance Manager for its student housing community, The Quarters Bloomington, in Bloomington, Indiana. The role leads maintenance operations, performs general repairs across residential units, common areas, and building systems, manages work orders, contractors, vendors, inventory, budgets, and preventative maintenance, and supports resident and property operations. It requires at least three years of building maintenance experience, appliance and HVAC repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work onsite Monday through Friday with occasional nights or weekends.
